Member structure

421 groups. 13 affiliated coops. One cooperative.

Members are organised into 421 farmer groups at parish and village level. These groups handle collective bulking, training, and quality control. Rubanga also works with 13 affiliated cooperatives across western Uganda, extending market access beyond our direct membership.

How to join

Four steps to membership.

    Express interest

    Speak to your village or parish farmer group leader, or contact us directly.

  2. 02

    Join a farmer group

    Members organise into 421 groups across the cooperative area for collective bulking and training.

  3. 03

    Register & contribute

    Complete membership paperwork and contribute the share value.

  4. 04

    Begin delivering

    Deliver cherries or parchment to a Rubanga wash station and start receiving premiums.
