    Farm

    Geo-tagged plot, group ID, member name, certification status.

  2. 02

    Group bulking

    Cherry sorting and delivery records at the farmer-group level.

  3. 03

    Wash station

    Pulping, fermentation and washing logged by date and station.

  4. 04

    Drying

    Raised-bed drying time, moisture readings, hand-turn frequency.

  5. 05

    Hulling & grading

    Dry-mill batch, screen size, defect count and cup grade.

  6. 06

    Export

    FOB, container number, roaster destination, shipping date.
